Aerials answer a prospect's first questions

How do trucks get in? How much parking is there? What's next door? How far is the interchange? Ground photos can't answer these; a well-composed aerial answers all four before the first call.

Commercial aerials shot for OMs, flyers, and leasing pages

Every commercial shoot starts with the deliverable: hero images composed with room for text in the OM, north-up overheads an analyst can annotate, context shots that place the building against its highway, retail center, or skyline, and labeled versions for the flyer alongside clean versions for the website.

Consistent across a portfolio

Multi-site portfolios are shot at the same altitudes, in comparable light, and with the same color grade, so the fund deck looks like one set. Repeat clients keep saved shot plans on file, so a re-shoot of an updated facade or a new pad site matches the originals.

Industrial and logistics properties

For warehouses and distribution buildings, the questions tenants ask first are about the site, not the interior: the size of the truck court, the number of dock doors, trailer parking, and how quickly a truck reaches the Turnpike, I-78, or I-287. An overhead and two or three oblique context shots usually answer all of them, and they are the images that end up on the first page of the flyer.

The video page includes finished commercial pieces (a leasing video, a sales video, and an institutional campus), and the portfolio shows stills across property types.

CRE questions

Which commercial property types do you shoot?

Office, retail, industrial and logistics, flex, self-storage, hospitality, land, and mixed-use. We also shoot multi-site portfolios to one consistent standard.

Can you highlight distances to highways or transit?

Yes. We compose the shot to include the interchange or station, and supply labeled versions of key aerials with distance callouts. Leasing teams typically use the labeled images in flyers and the clean ones as hero images.

Can you meet a listing or OM deadline?

Yes. Tell us when the offering memorandum, flyer, or listing goes out, and we'll schedule the flight and expedite the editing to meet it.

Can you shoot occupied centers without disrupting tenants?

Yes. We launch from the perimeter where possible, schedule around peak hours on request, and never set up in a fire lane.
