Do you deliver finished edits or just the footage?
Finished edits by default: cut, color-graded, titled, and paced for where the video will run. Agencies that edit in-house can receive the color-graded clips instead; mention it in the quote form.
How long should a property video be?
60 to 90 seconds for listings and social media, two to four minutes for leasing and membership videos, and longer only when the audience wants detail. Our 18-hole course tour runs 13 minutes, one segment per hole.
Can you combine drone footage with ground video?
Yes. Stabilized ground and interior footage edits cleanly with aerials, and most marketing videos benefit from both. We capture both on the same day when the project calls for it.
What formats do I receive?
