Bergen County
Drone photography and video in Bergen County, NJ.
New Jersey's most populous county sits under some of the state's busiest airspace. We photograph it legally for brokers, builders, and property owners from Fort Lee to Mahwah.
Bergen County airspace
Southern Bergen, around Teterboro Airport, lies inside Teterboro's Class D airspace, where every drone flight needs FAA authorization. Most of the rest of the county sits under New York Class B shelves that begin well above drone altitude. Before quoting, we check your address against the FAA's facility map and obtain LAANC authorization where it's needed, so a Hackensack office building or a Moonachie warehouse can usually be flown legally, sometimes at a reduced altitude.
What Bergen properties ask of a camera
Bergen's work is dense suburban and commercial: high-rise condos along the Palisades with Manhattan behind them, the Route 4 and Route 17 retail corridors in Paramus, warehouses at the edge of the Meadowlands, corporate campuses around Montvale and Woodcliff Lake, and large homes from Ridgewood to Alpine. Each needs a different approach: commercial context shots that put the George Washington Bridge behind a Fort Lee listing, careful flight paths over an occupied Paramus shopping center, and twilight images for the Palisades towers.
Scheduling in Bergen County
Sites near the bridge are flown early, before traffic builds; retail centers are flown outside peak shopping hours; and every quote includes any airspace authorization the site needs. Send the address and we'll tell you what's possible and when.
