Buyers look at the lot first

Interested buyers open the map to work out what a property really is. Aerial photography answers that for them, on your terms: the half-acre looks like a half-acre, the backyard's privacy is visible, and the three blocks to the beach are in the frame.

Packages scaled to the listing

A starter home needs a few strong aerials added to the MLS set. An estate may need stills at two altitudes, a listing video, twilight images, and vertical clips for social. We scope each listing individually, and if a property won't benefit from aerials, we'll say so.

The video page includes estate and listing work (a Hamptons property, an $8M renovation, and an MLS preview clip), and the portfolio has the stills.

Listing questions

Does aerial photography actually help sell houses?

It shows what ground photos can't: lot size, privacy, the pool in context, and the distance to the water or the woods. Those are often the reasons a buyer chooses one house over a similar one nearby. For properties with land, setting, or views, aerials show what the listing copy can only describe.

Which listings benefit most from drone media?

Any listing where the outside is part of the price: acreage, waterfront, golf-course frontage, corner lots, new construction, and estates. A small interior lot gains less from aerials, and we'll tell you when ground photography alone is the better choice.

How fast can you turn a listing around?

Listing shoots are short and scheduled quickly. Tell us the list date when you book and we'll expedite the editing to meet it.

Do you shoot the MLS-ready vertical and social clips too?

Yes. Stills for MLS, a 60 to 90 second listing video, and 9:16 vertical cuts for social, all from one shoot. Tell us where they'll run and the package will match.
