Privacy Policy
Short version: we use what you send us to answer you, and for nothing else.
Effective October 2026.
What we collect
When you submit a quote or contact form, we receive what you typed: name, email, phone if you include it, company, the property location, and your project details. Our web server also keeps standard access logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type), and the site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages bring visitors — see "Analytics" below.
How we use it
Form submissions are used to review your project, prepare your quote, and correspond with you about it — your confirmation email names the operating inbox our reply will come from. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization as provided by Google. It tells us things like which pages are visited and which page a quote request came from. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking analytics scripts.
Spam protection
Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which evaluates the request to distinguish people from bots. Turnstile is subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Retention
Quote correspondence is kept as ordinary business email for as long as it's useful to serve you, including reference for repeat work. Ask us to delete your correspondence and we will, unless a record is required for an active engagement or legal obligation.
Aerial imagery and third parties
Aerial photographs incidentally include surroundings, as any elevated photograph does. We fly within FAA rules and compose for the commissioned property. If you believe imagery on this site raises a privacy concern involving you, contact us and we'll review it promptly.
