The plain-English rules for using this website and booking work with us.

Who we are
NJ Drone Studio provides commercial drone photography, video, and aerial documentation services in New Jersey and the surrounding region. Flights are made under FAA Part 107 by certificated, insured pilots. Client work may be performed by or in cooperation with our affiliated operating team, identified to you in your engagement correspondence.
Quotes and engagements
Quotes are specific to the described project and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Your shoot date is secured once we receive the signed agreement and deposit. Any change in scope is quoted before it's flown.
Using your images and video
The photos and video we deliver are made to work for your business, and you can use them anywhere it needs them: listings, websites, social media, advertising, print, proposals, presentations, and reports. The one thing we don't allow is reselling the files or offering them to others as stock.
Your agreement governs the work
Every booked project is covered by a written agreement. If anything on this website differs from your agreement, the agreement applies.
Site access and permissions
You're responsible for property-owner permission to photograph the commissioned site and for site access on the flight date. We're responsible for airspace: FAA authorizations and flight legality are ours to handle, and we don't take on flights that can't be made lawfully.
Liability
We carry liability insurance and fly conservatively. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
This website
Site content — text, photographs, video, and design — belongs to NJ Drone Studio or its licensors and may not be scraped, republished, or used to train derivative marketing without permission. The site is provided as-is; we aim for accuracy but airspace rules and service details can change.
