Mill and industrial buildings

Paterson and Passaic have some of the state's largest mill and loft buildings, whose scale, river frontage, and redevelopment potential are clearest from the air. Investors repositioning these buildings use aerials in the offering and progress images for the lender.

Retail and flex corridors

Clifton, Wayne, and Totowa carry the county's retail and flex space along Route 3, Route 46, and Route 23, where commercial aerials show the access and parking ground photos can't, with labeled versions for leasing flyers.

Lakefront listings in the north

North of the Highlands line, Ringwood, West Milford, and Greenwood Lake are lake country. For lakefront listings, the dock, shoreline, and privacy drive the price, and all are hard to see from the driveway. Spring and summer book quickly, so schedule ahead of the list date.

Airspace

Wayne and the northern lake towns are outside controlled airspace at drone altitudes; we check sites in the southeast, including Clifton and Passaic, against the FAA facility map near Teterboro. Paterson Great Falls is a National Park Service site, where launching and landing drones is prohibited, so nearby shoots launch from outside the park boundary.
