Inspection Imaging

Drone roof and building inspection imaging in New Jersey.

High-resolution visual documentation of roofs, facades, and hard-to-reach structures across New Jersey, organized for the roofers, engineers, and adjusters who act on it.

Quote an inspection flight

A short flight instead of a lift and ladder

A drone reaches every roof section, parapet, and facade in one flight, with no lift, no fall risk, and no sidewalk closure. For a property manager assessing storm damage across several properties, that means multiple buildings documented in a day.

Documentation your contractor can work from

Each inspection covers every elevation and roof plane systematically, with detail shots of anything unusual and an annotated overview that locates each finding. Your roofer can quote from it and your file keeps a dated record.

What's in scope

This is visual inspection imaging. We don't offer thermal imaging or night flights. If your project needs a moisture scan, we'll tell you, and explain what visual documentation can establish first.

Example: fire damage on a rooftop solar array

Three of the images below document a fire-damaged rooftop solar array from overhead, including a stitched view of the whole affected area: which panels burned, where the debris lies, and how far the damage reaches across the roof, all captured without walking the damaged surface. The other three come from roof inspections of a museum and of a building for an architecture firm. The same approach documents storm damage, failed flashing, and clogged drains.

Inspection questions

What can a drone inspection actually see?

Anything visible at close range: split membrane seams, displaced flashing, clogged drains, storm damage, facade spalling, and loose coping, photographed in enough detail to zoom in, with location context so your contractor knows where each finding is.

Is this a substitute for an engineer's inspection?

No. We provide the visual documentation; your engineer, roofer, or adjuster draws the conclusions. What the drone replaces is the lift rental, the ladder risk, and the walk on a fragile roof just to find out whether a closer look is needed.

Do you do thermal roof scans?

No. We provide visual imaging only. If your project needs thermal moisture mapping, we'll tell you it's outside our scope.

How is inspection imagery delivered?

Full-resolution images organized by elevation and roof section, with an annotated overview so findings are easy to locate, ready to forward to your roofer or adjuster.
