From Weehawken to Bayonne, Hudson County properties have Manhattan directly across the river as a backdrop. Parts of the county lie inside the controlled airspace around Newark Liberty, and the Hudson River corridor carries steady low-altitude helicopter traffic along the waterfront. We plan altitudes to the FAA facility map, obtain authorization where it's required, and keep clear of the river corridor.

Jersey City's towers at Exchange Place and Journal Square, Hoboken's brownstones and pier parks, the buildings along the Palisades in Union City and West New York, and Bayonne's waterfront, including marine terminals that use aerial documentation for operations as well as marketing. High-rise work, such as orbiting a 40-story tower for amenity-deck images, is planned differently from a suburban listing.
